Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be simpler, just add the item(s) you wish to buy by adding them to your 'shopping basket'. When you are done, click 'checkout' and choose which login option you would like to proceed with.
After you have either logged in to your existing account, set one up or decided to go straight to checkout, the different postage options available will then be listed. Choose the appropriate option and click continue where you can choose the payment option from the following:- Protx Secure, Paypal account holders, Cheques and postal orders. If you choose either Protx Secure or Paypal, you will then be directed to either the paypal site where you can log in to your Paypal account or the Protx site where you will need to enter your card number, start date, expiry date, issue number if applicable and the security number. None of these details can be seen by us and are processed directly by either Protx or Paypal.
If paying by cheque or postal order please allow 5 working days for the cheque to clear. You will be notified by email when payment is received and when your item(s) are dispatched.
Payments
All major debit and credit cards are accepted via Protx Secured (Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Solo, and Maestro)

A Cheque made payable to 'All Things Gifts' (UK only, please allow 5 working days for the cheque to clear before your item(s) are dispatched. We will notify you when your cheque has been received and when your items have been dispatched.
A Postal Order (preferably crossed) made payable to 'All Things Gifts' (Cheques and postal orders must be received within 10 working days after the order has been placed or we cannot guarantee your item(s) will still be available) Please send cheques / postal orders to All Things Gifts, Unit 21A Monument Business Park, Chalgrove, Oxford, OX44 7RW.
Paypal Account Holders - Can also accept Amex through Paypal.

Paypal echeques - items will not be sent until the echeque has cleared which in some cases can take a couple of weeks, we will notify you if you pay this way. Echeques can occur when either you have no funds in your paypal account or the debit / credit card on file has expired.
Over the Phone - We can also take orders / payments over the phone, just call us on 01865 891562.
Privacy / Security
We at All Things Gifts respect our customers privacy and do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Any information disclosed to us is only used by us for the order and dispatch process. The only information that we see is your name, address, phone number and email address. Your email address may be used to send you a newsletter but only if you subscribed to it, you can also subscribe or unsubscribe at any time by logging in to your account.
The Merchants that we use are Protx and Paypal which automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using 'Secure Sockets Layer Protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits. Look out for the yellow padlock in the bottom right of your browser as you enter the Checkout section of our site. We do not see any of your credit card information as this is dealt with directly by Protx and Paypal. We are Paypal verified (see logo at bottom of homepage) which means Paypal have checked our details to ensure we are who we say we are. Feel free to click on the logo to check this for yourselves.
We also have a RapidSSL certificate installed on the site to also protect any personal information that is entered prior to the payment pages again look out for the yellow padlock at the bottom right of your screen.

Shipping and Handling
We Ship Worldwide! Simply add the item(s) to your basket and then click on the 'calculate shipping cost' link and a new window will appear, simply choose your country to see the options available. If your country isn't listed then please let us know and we will add it.
All Orders under 2kg can be sent via airmail or international signed for. Orders over 2kg can be sent by DHL Europlus (Certain destinations only) and is £25 per order, parcel should arrive within 2 to 5 days depending on destination and tracking details are available and insurance is included up to £500.
For orders over 2kg for other destinations please email us for a quote via DHL.

Free Postage (UK Only)
If you spend over £75 (website only) then your item(s) will be sent free of charge via either Courier, 1st Class Recorded or Special Next Day Delivery, simply choose the 'free postage' option when checking out. The postage method chosen will be decided by us.
We ship to the UK, Europe, US & Canada and all other countries.
Postage costs can be calculated prior to setting up an account, simply add the items to the cart and click 'calculate shipping costs' a new window will appear showing the different options available for your chosen destination. (If the postage cost calculated is a lot more than the actual postage paid by us plus packaging, then a refund for the difference will be given to you via the method you origanlly used, this will be done at our discretion)
If you would like another postal service please feel free to email us for a postage quote eg. International Airsure (certain destinations only).
All items will be packaged with bubble wrap and any additional packaging necessary to reduce the chance of damage in transit. We only use new boxes and jiffy bags. A small charge is added to the postage cost to cover packaging and handling.
Delivery schedule.
Once payment has been received we will aim to dispatch your order via Courier, Royal Mail or Airmail within 24 hours, where possible the same day.
Items should arrive within the following timescale, however we can not guarantee this on behalf of the Royal Mail, therefore please allow 28 days for delivery.
UK Only
- 1st Class - 1 to 2 days
- 1st Class Recorded- 1 to 2 days (requires a signature on delivery)
- Guaranteed next day delivery by 1pm (Monday to Friday only and requires a signature on delivery)
- Standard parcels - 3 to 5 days
- Courier Service - Next Working Day Service (Excludes Saturday Delivery) (Mon To Fri Only) (Orders must be received before 1pm)
All other countries
- Airmail - Europe 3 to 5 days, rest of world 7 to 10 days (There is a maximum weight for this service of 2kgs and the dimensions of the box cannot add up to more than 90cm i.e Height + Length + Width) Please email us for a quote if this happens.
- International signed for - same as airmail but requires a signature on delivery. (Weight and size restrictions still apply, see airmail above)
- DHL Europlus (Certain European destinations only) (arrives with 2 to 5 days, Tracking available and Insured up to £500) Weight 2kg to 10kg.
Non Delivered Goods
If you do not receive an item then we reserve the right to ask you to wait 15 working days before we re-dispatch the item.
We also reserve the right to charge for re-delivery if the item was not collected or if a re-delivery is not arranged by you on receipt of a card from the courier or Royal Mail.

Returns policy
We at All Things Gifts are confident that you will be happy with your purchase(s) but if for any reason you wish to return an item we provide a 7 day period starting from the day after the item(s) are delivered in which you can return your purchase. All items must be returned in a saleable condition. A refund will then be issued within 30 days.
Postage, packing and returns postage are direct costs and we regret that they cannot be refunded. (applicable only if the item isn't damaged or faulty)
If items are received faulty or damaged then we must be contacted within 48 hours of delivery to discuss what is wrong with the item(s). The faulty / damaged item(s) will need to be returned to us with all the original packing and parts. Postage costs incurred by the customer in order to send it back to us will be refunded. A replacement will then be sent out (subject to stock availability) or if not available then a refund will be given which will include the postage cost originally paid by the customer. Refunds will be issued within 30 days.
We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit that are returned to us. It is your responsibility to return the item(s) to us, we therefore recommend that you send the package by Recorded / Special Delivery.

VAT
All our prices are inclusive of VAT, each customer will receive a VAT invoice with their order.
