Returns policy

We at All Things Gifts are confident that you will be happy with your purchase(s) but if for any reason you wish to return an item we provide a 14 day period starting from the day after the item(s) are delivered in which you can return your purchase. All items must be returned in a saleable unused condition, which means all tags must be still be attached and any packaging not opened or damaged. A refund will then be issued within 30 days.

Postage, packing and returns postage are direct costs and we regret that they cannot be refunded. (applicable only if the item isn't damaged or faulty)

If items are received faulty or damaged then we must be contacted within 48 hours of delivery to discuss what is wrong with the item(s). The faulty / damaged item(s) will need to be returned to us with all the original packing and parts. Postage costs incurred by the customer in order to send it back to us will be refunded. A replacement will then be sent out (subject to stock availability) or if not available then a refund will be given which will include the postage cost originally paid by the customer. Refunds will be issued within 30 days.

We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit that are returned to us. It is your responsibility to return the item(s) to us, we therefore recommend that you send the package by Recorded / Special Delivery.
